Lance M. Malcolm, Esq. has served as as the Of-Counsel attorney to the Rahimi Law Firm, P.C. since April 2023. Mr. Malcolm brings to bear over 7-years of pointed immigration law experience. He has garnered success for his clients in complex areas of immigration law, including removal litigation, administrative and federal appellate review, employment immigration benefits, family benefits, and immigration benefits under sunset provisions of law (including NACARA and INA Sec. 245(i)).

Mr. Malcolm consistently demonstrates professonalism and compassion when representing clients. An alumnus of the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law (2012), Mr. Malcolm is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
