Elliot A. Rahimi, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of the Rahimi Law Firm. Mr. Rahimi has extensive experience in assisting clients in a wide variety of immigration and litigation matters. On a regular basis, he represents individuals before Immigration Courts and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), fighting tenaciously to obtain immigration relief and legal status for his clients.
Mr. Rahimi also has a high success rate in obtaining grants of appeals, motions to reopen proceedings, and motions to reconsider before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. Mr. Rahimi’s wide ranging and extensive immigration law experience also includes transactional matters such as H1-B, L-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, O-1, U-visas, S-visas, and family based petitions.
Mr. Rahimi has a genuine passion for representing his clients, and his devoted advocacy is evident in his professionalism. Mr. Rahimi is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York Bar Association, American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Rahimi graduated and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City where he served as a Staff Member for the Moot Court Honor Society and participated in the Price Media International Moot Court Competition in Oxford, England.
